Which gluten free baking books have you tried? I have tried quite a few but my favourite is ‘The Gluten Free Baker’ by Hannah Miles.
Everything I make from this book always seems to work – from the cheese and onion bread, corn sunshine bites, gateaux, cakes and pastries.
Here are my latest two creations – Flatbreads (so easy!) and Puff Pastry (YES – you read that correctly!!). The pastry recipe was so successful that I used it in place of filo pastry for a strudel recipe.
